| You and me dancing behind the curtin of the rain !!! |
I need to extend my visa
To spend more time with the Mona Lisa
That I love so much
But I can’t touch
The beautiful piece of art
That took my heart
She is so far . . .  like a star
And I need to fill my eye . . . from the sky
from the love . . .  that lives above
People, in every day . . . when they see you they say
The beauty . . . is on duty
And once you're gone . . . I am done . . . no more fun
No more sunshine . . . I am not fine . . . I need more wine!!!
I am mad I am mad
I feel so bad
My life is sad
I'll tell my dad.

Dear Smile After the Rain! I love the specificity of your use of the word "Visa" in the first line and calling the object of your attention, "Mona Lisa." Immediately, I am made curious about what is going to happen in the following lines!
ReplyDeleteIn this case, it seems that your Mona Lisa is unavailable and her distance makes you sad enough to resort to drink and return home to your father. Oh!
Question--is this an imagined experience or is this really happening to you? Either way, where is the SMILE AFTER the RAIN (pain)?
